In our everyday experience we live under the illusion that what we consider to be „the now“ is also „the now“ for every other observer. From a physics point of view, this is not true. What we call „now“ is not the same for everyone. An observer who is moving through space at a different speed than us will define a different point in time as „the now“. For most of us this sounds strange and difficult to imagine as we have no reference for such an experience in our everyday life (because all of us are moving through space at similar speed). Nevertheless we know for certain this to be true. In other words, the past, the present and the future are existing „at the same time“ and my future moment is the present moment for someone else. So while we experience what we call „the present“, the future is already happening, right now.

When you understand that, you can now draw a timeline from your birth through the present moment going all the way into the future. Mark the present moment on the timeline and look back into the past. You will see that in the past you had many, many worries. The fact that you are reading these lines now is prove, that no matter what worries you had in the past, you have somehow always been able to deal with them. Now you imagine moving yourself along the timeline on to some point into the future. From that perspective you look at the present moment and the current worries you might have.

Drawing from decades of past experiences you know for sure that from this future perspective any of today’s challenges have already been dealt with.

And knowing from physics that for a different observer the future is happening right now, all our current problems are also already solved – right now.

No more worries. Science proves: They are already dealt with.
